Clever Dripper

A V60-shaped plastic dripper with a silicone valve at the bottom. Water stays inside the dripper while it steeps, then flows out only when you place the brewer onto a cup or carafe.

Why it matters — The Clever combines the body and forgiveness of immersion brewing (like a French press) with the paper-filter clarity of pour-over. You don't need to manage pour technique — just add water, wait, and place onto a cup to release.

Good to know

• Use V60 filters (size 02) — they fit perfectly.
• Total brew time is around 3–4 minutes. Long steeps don't dramatically over-extract because the temperature drops fast.
