Who they are

Tom Hutchins is the 2023 Australian Brewers Cup Champion and co-founder of A.M. Coffee Roasters in Sydney. He is a passionate coffee professional dedicated to advancing the craft of coffee brewing.

• Filter: Known for using a custom-made brewer and a Hario Switch in his championship-winning routine. He used a Colombian coffee from producer Nestor Lasso of El Diviso farm.
